My birthday was a few days ago and life has been s

My birthday was a few days ago and life has been such a whirlwind of emotions and changes that I didn’t even have a chance to post anything about it 🎂. The past year and a half @kapenamorgan and I have made so many huge, life changing choices that we feel comfortable being uncomfortable.

☝️ This feeling is a mindset that has allowed me to embrace challenges and adapt to new or difficult situations with ease. Or at least I thought. The fires that have devastated Lahaina have brought a whole new level of pain, discomfort, compassion, gratitude, grief, anger and sadness.

All I know is that I’ve been on a journey to become the best version of myself and live a life that most can only dream of. People and situations have started to present themselves in my life because it’s what I’ve been asking for. This is the universe providing for me. This is growth. And it’s a bit uncomfortable.

I recognize that growth and progress come from stepping outside of my comfort zone. By embracing the discomfort, I open myself up to new experiences, gain valuable insights and develop resilience.

This involves reframing discomfort as an opportunity for personal development rather than something to be avoided. When we push ourselves beyond what is familiar and easy, we expand our capabilities and learn to thrive in the face of uncertainty.

I’m not saying I have it all figured out, far from it, but I’m confident that I’m on the right path. Here are a few pics from some of my greatest adventures and I’m excited to be able to celebrate another year around the sun ☀️.
